Technical route

The separation system consists of pipeline system, power system (petroleum pump), measuring system (electromagnetic flowmeter, pressure gauge), PLC control system and the separation system (separator, buffer tank) five parts. Mixed liquid flow into the separator for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid separation by its pressure drop. After separation the crude oil through the oil outlet into the buffer tank separator, then by the crude oil pump back to the crude oil pipeline. The purified water isolated from the separator, by the outlet of the separator to raw water treatment system. The device has many advantages including the high oil recovery rate, simple process, short flow, low processing costs, etc., lead to the oil and solid components of the oil sludge recycling. Not only protect the environment, reduce the labor burden, avoid water and soil secondary pollution, has good sludge processing effect, small investment, cover small area, but also can be assembled into portable processing device, with high flexibility, long service life and has a great economic and social significance.

Industrial design

In oil and gas production, oil and gas well sand production will continue to deposit in the bottom, the sediment accumulation for a long time can drown blocking layer of oil and gas, reduce or stop the oil and gas well production, so the well-flushing sand washing operation is an important work in oil and gas production process. In the well sand washing process, the flushing medium (flushing fluid) injected by the pump injection equipment through borehole, using the high-speed flow of liquid scatter bottom sand plug, by virtue of the carrying capacity of the returned flow loop bring scattered sand out of the ground, for the effective use of flushing fluid, oil and mud sand need to be separated from flushing fluid timely, flushing fluid recycle after separation. The system core equipment is mainly composed of 2 ~ 8 vortex tubes in diameter of 50 ~ 150 mm, the separation device can maintain high separation efficiency in the range of rated flow + / - 50%.

Based on different solid-liquid separation processing need, can use different combination process. Design selection process adopts recycling sand removal and oil removal two-stage treatment scheme. This plan is suitable for oily, processing to circulating fluid purification of oil-water separation, recovery of flushing fluid can be used to the next flushing process nearby, flushing fluid can be repeated used.
