Technical route

Liquid mixture with certain pressure tube into the guide, flow into guide apparatus through the inlet pipe, the guide apparatus vane changes the axial flow into rotation flow, produce strong liquid rotation in the swirl chamber, because of the density difference of oil-water mixture dispersed phase and continuous phase, lead to two different phase liquid obtained different centrifugal force, so as to realize the purpose of two-phase separation. According to different processing, separation units can be combined into multiple tube joint forming device so as to adapt to different working conditions and operation requirements, which can also be used by multilevel series.

LHS type cyclone separator (multi-tube structure) actual capacity can be designed according to the actual production, the pressure drop consumption: 0.05 ~ 0.45 MPa, the separation efficiency can reach > 93 ~ 99%. 

Industrial design

Electric desalting oily water flow into the primary cyclone (DT - LHS - 1), purify sewage flow out from the first underflow orifice into the secondary cyclone (DT - LHS - 2) for hydrocyclone separation, purification of secondary underflow orifice directly discharged into oily sewage pipe system; The overflow recycling crude of first, secondary cyclone flow into the buffer tank V1 respectively by the lift pump pressurized to electric desalting tank for dehydration recycle directly, lift pump CP throughput controlled by the buffer tank liquid level signal through frequency conversion speed governor. The skid-mounted system mainly includes two stage cyclone separation unit, dosing unit, control unit, two-stage cyclone separation unit can be flexible determined based on the liquid separation series. Compared with the existing thermal chemical demulsification and gravity settling, new developed process has the advantages such as good dewatering effect, saving energy and reducing consumption, compact structure, reliable operation, high automation degree, etc, can achieve full closed, fully automated extraction liquid dehydration.

Key technology

(1) Minimizing pressure drop to prevent the electric desalting tank operation affected by system pressure-out.

(2) Water cut oil concentration range is wide from hundreds to thousands or even tens of thousands of PPM.

(3) Separator need to achieve wide flow operation for big changes of electric desalting cutting water.

(4) Processed oil can be recycle and innocent treatment, avoid secondary pollution to the environment.
