Oil station overview
Oil station is the heart of the oil circulating lubrication system, the role is to press the lubricating oil to the the machine friction parts. Oil station is mainly used for steam turbine, reducer, gear box, coupling and other mechanical equipment in the centralized lubrication system. Its main components include: oil tank, oil pump device, filter, oil cooler, pipeline and instrumentation valves, and according to the actual running conditions have reliable perfect automatic control system configuration.
All station equipment set skid-mounted to realize the  convenient and quick installation.

Oil station function classification
(1) Lubricating oil/seal oil
Lubricating oil system is the most widely used system, its main function is to form stable oil film in the friction surface; Second, lubricating oil take away the heat generated by the friction surface. High level oil station or crisis oil pump can be set to ensure the safety operation of the key equipment.
(2) Regulate oil/control oil
Regulate oil/control oil is mainly used as oil source in the hydraulic control mechanism of equipment control system, sometimes to provide safe oil source to security system, for example the hydraulic oil system of steam turbine.
(3) Jacking oil
Jacking oil system mainly for the key equipment such as steam turbine, when the steam turbine unit prepare to start from the stationary state, the oil film have not been formed at the bottom of the journal, at this point set the jacking oil system to pick up the journal and establish the oil film to reduce the friction of journal and bearing bush.
Oil station technical characteristics
(1) Setting standby/crisis pump to ensure the continuous oil supply to the lubrication points;
With double drum filter, can switch, cleaning and replacement filter online;
(2) Setting a magnetic filter for the return oil, which can absorb and remove iron particles in the oil pump to ensure the purity of the oil;
(3) Balance heat transfer effect according to the design conditions and resistance coefficient, column tube type or plate type oil cooler can be selected;
(4) Oil pipeline is equipped with pressure control bypass to avoid oil pump overload damage;
(5) Oil supply line with energy storage devices to ensure the stable export pipeline oil pressure of the oil supply system;
(6) Control system can be the relay control, PLC or DCS according to the users’ condition.
