In Nov. 23, CNPC Liaohe Project Co., Ltd. investigation group personnel visited our company for the "SAGD Produced Liquid Pretreatment Technology Research" project engineering equipment production on-site field investigation. Deputy General Manager Liu Xirong, R&D Department Director Zhan Fushuai accompanied.

                               
   The two parties carried on detailed conversation on project engineering equipment manufacturing situation, project technical director Wang Jihao explained in detail the process and technical scheme of the project, demonstrated and optimized the site construction according to the investigation group personnel’s commission, determined the project technical and construction scheme.

    The product adopts the SHS, LHS type cyclone tube high efficiency liquid-liquid separation technology, new type axial flow structure technology, combined column cone structure, cascade vortex tube structure technology and so on a number of national invention patent technology, jointly developed by the China university of petroleum (east China) multiphase flow separation center and Qingdao Jieneng High & New Co., Ltd. Structure design is significantly different with the commonly used vortex tube structure at home and abroad, overcome the existing technology issues such as blind increase capacity of electric desalting tank, struggling for demulsifier selection, etc. Company leaders attaches great importance to this project, and organizes every details carefully, to ensure each step in the process of construction is strictly controlled, which has won high appreciates form the investigation group personnel’s, the technological design and the construction plan for the project achieve high evaluation and recognition.
