On November 20, comprehensiveplan section chief of huangdao district technology bureau Li Daqiang, intellectual property office director Cheng Jie visited the company to check on and guide the  Qingdao Petrochemical Multiphase Flow Separation and Natural Gas Liquefaction Process and Equipment Engineering Research Center construction, Vice General Manager Liu Xirong and Integrated Department Minister Ma Xubin accompanied.
     Firstly the technology bureau leaders heared about the report of Qingdao Petrochemical Multiphase Flow Separation and Natural Gas Liquefaction Process and Equipment Engineering Research Center production and operation, development planning, management, etc. They complimented for the company's development, approved the development of engineering research center, emphasis on research and development of enterprise innovation development ideas and technology development achievements management control, optimize the environment of innovation of the enterprise. Suggestions are put forward for deepening the reform of science and technology system construction.
     After that, they visited the new plant construction site of engineering research center and recommended emphatically exert advantages of combination of engineering research center, with independent intellectual property rights of high technology research, development and the industrial innovation system.
