Recently, the technology department organized the design personnel training in the meeting room to introduce the tower equipment basic technology, steel tower container strength calculation. The training contents including tower equipment function and classification, mass transfer principle, basic structure of the tower, plate tower and packed tower, tower equipment strength calculation (JB/T4710-2005) and the use of strength calculation software, etc. The training adopts the interact method to answer questions, the design staffs raised the questions from the perspective of their own work actual situation, the lecturers carried on the solution from the perspective of professional technology and tower manufacturing experience. To technical personnel who have attended training all said that they have benefited a lot from the training, after the absorption of knowledge, the training content will be transformed into their own professional knowledge after the absorption, and the training has a lot of help to improve the overall capacity.

    Since 2014, the technology department has carried on about 6 times of training periodically according to the actual working situation, to better complete the design work, and lay the foundation to ensure that the production task completed smoothly this year.
